CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOTEL ROOMS
Peak Season: 7 days prior to arrival due to avoid first night penalty charge for
all rooms reserved
Off Season: 3 days prior to arrival to avoid first night penalty charge for all
rooms reserved
No shows will be subject to 100% fee of the total charges.

AMENDMENTS
The hotel requires 72 hours notice prior to the date of arrival of any
amendment, that reduces the number of rooms or the number of nights
failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the total amount of the
cancelled rooms/nights.
